I. Prepress
Trough the pre-flight process checks we check and confirm that the digital files required for the printing process are all present, valid, correctly formatted, and of the desired type. Once checked we send them back for final approval before printing. This process allows us to assure that the files are feasible for the correct process of offset printing, eliminate costly errors and facilitate a smooth production.

II. Printing
Printing process is compliant to ISO 12647 printing process management systems. We print on modern 5c, 8c and 10c Heidelberg sheet-fed offset presses. All presses are equipped with automatic colour control systems to guarantee the consistency of printing. We print with eco-friendly vegetable-based inks, which are biodegradable and do not require harmful solvents/chemicals for cleaning the printing presses.

6 binding lines can produce everything from saddle stitched, softcover, flexi/integral to hardcover binding. Various finishes, such as foil blocking, debossing with foil, blind debossing or digital spot UV are all done in-house. State-of-the-art equipment and modern production technologies enable us to offer high-quality bookbinding and fast turnaround times.
